2) Payments

• Depending on the size of the project, web design work is subject to a deposit being requested prior to commencement of work. This is normally 50% of the design fee. This is non-refundable once work has commenced on your website and time has been spent in consulting, planning and design. This deposit is for website design and development only and excludes the cost of registering domains, hosting and any other services which must be paid in full separately by the client.
• Fees must be paid fully in advance for logo design work. However, we offer a full money back guarantee if, after several redraws and unlimited revisions, you are still not completely satisfied with your logo.
• Prices quoted on this website are for a limited time only and may be subject to change without notice.

3) Disclaimer

• You agree that use of services offered by Tags2Web is at your own sole risk.
• Any use you make of material or information supplied by Tags2Web or obtained through advertising or links from this website is at your own discretion and risk.
• Tags2Web is in no event liable for any damages in relation to your website or business arising from the use of advice, information or material contained in this website.
• Regardless of the nature of the cause of any action, you agree that Tags2Web, its employees and any party involved in its services, is in no event liable to you in any manner whatsoever for any decision made or action taken as the result of using information supplied through our services, or the consequences of such use, no matter what their nature.
