Tags2Web - excellent service and reliability.

In 2004, when I was completing my course in Web design, development and management, I discovered many people were having difficulty persuading their web designers to update their websites when necessary later on. I was surprised at just how many problems people were having with after sales service in general. As a result, my first inspiration for Tags2web was to provide an exceptional and reliable service that people would be more than happy with, where they could talk to us anytime and always get things done when they wanted without having to wait.

Inspired by reading Jacob Nielson and Marie Tahir’s book, Homepage Usability, I became very interested in usability and ease of navigation in websites. I was determined to create websites that were not only very easy to use but had a good balance of essential elements to create the right impression.

As these authors say, “Homepages are the most valuable real estate in the world. Millions of dollars are funnelled through a space that's not even a square foot in size. The homepage is also your company's face to the world. Potential customers look at your company's online presence before doing any business with you. Complexity or confusion make people go away.”

From a technical background, I originally worked as a research chemist in the pharmaceutical industry after gaining a BSc Hons degree in Chemistry. I acquired a high level of IT skills while studying for my MSc in Medical Science, and have also worked as a computer programmer.
